I absolutely love coming to this place. My girl Lori always does an amazing job and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair care questions. It’s never a boring time since we talk about everything. I’ve recently got highlights and my hair still feels healthy. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went to this location a few days ago for their free haircut promotion after not trusting anyone but myself with my hair for years and Halle did an amazing job! I got a trim to clean up any dead ends as well as make them neater overall, and had her thin out my really thick hair a bit since it’s starting to get hot again. I feel so much lighter, and my hair feels so much healthier! She did a great job preserving the length I wanted to keep and she kept checking in with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I let her do whatever she thought was best for my bangs and I love them! I will definitely be coming back to her whenever I want to get my color done :)

I've been going here since I moved in 2019, and I love it. Last year, I went from having long hair my whole life to shoulder length and Lori did it perfectly!! She gave me a whole new style that I've been loving since then. Today I got it cut by Becca and I had a great time with her! Not only did she give me exactly what I wanted, she was so fun to talk to and super nice overall. This place has the best customer service and will give you what you're looking for guaranteed! Also thanks to them I've finally been maintaining my hair with products that are actually good for it! Thanks Fantastic Sam's for being my go to place for a haircut!

This might be kind of long but please bear with me here. I came in as a walk in at this location because I had heard great things about Fantastic Sams and remember having a pleasant experience at a location in Shelbyville when I lived down there. I digress. my point is that I came in as a walk in with a pretty sensitive and severe issue. Long story short, I had forgotten to take care of myself for awhile due to mental health issues and ended up with a pretty large mat in my hair. I was ready to shave it off after trying and failing to take care of it at home. I was really scared and embarrassed but Rebecca and Lori were not only very professional but they made me feel welcome as I was and not once did they make me feel bad for what I had done to my hair. They refused to accept defeat for my hair like I already had, so they offered to spend some time working the mat to try and fix it. Well, I’m very happy to report that not only did they fix it but here I am a couple days later and my hair has never looked and felt so healthy. It definitely took a while but they didn’t give up and now I look and feel so much better. To Rebecca and Lori, you guys were AMAZING and I’m so much more thankful for you two than I will ever have the words to express. We forgot to take a before pic but this after pic we took shows just how healthy my hair is now. Thank you again Rebecca and Lori. You two are the BEST!
